Do you take on small projects?
Yes. Independent clients and single-purpose tools are part of the practice, not an exception to it. A well-scoped small project gets the same written plan and the same care as a large one.
Can you work with software someone else built?
Usually. We start with a review of the existing codebase and infrastructure, tell you honestly what condition it's in, and then either extend it or recommend a path to something sturdier.
What happens after launch?
Whatever you prefer. Some clients take the documentation and run things themselves; most keep us on for maintenance, monitoring, and continued development. Either way, the system and its documentation belong to you.
